RARE DISEASES: A PUBLIC HEALTH PRIORITY IN FRANCE
The French Ministry of Health officially declared that rare diseases remain a public health priority of the French Presidency of the European Union.
She highlighted in her speech the key strong points of the French National Plan for Rare Diseases such as the accreditation of centres of expertise.
Most importantly, Mrs Bachelot-Narquin underlined that France will support the adoption of the Commission Communication on Rare Diseases by the Council of Ministers during the French presidency.
